You think too much!
INVESTIGATING THE PHYSICS OF THOUGHTS
AN ARTISTIC RESEARCH JOURNEY
Because our minds matter...
We think thoughts every day, but what is our relation to our thoughts? Are they our friends? Our allies? Or do they overwhelm and control us? Do we ever actually look at our thoughts? Study their structures? Their colors or their flavors?Thoughts are the materials we use to build the stories of our lives. To build our realities. Strangely enough, we don't even think about them all that much. Yet, we can become overwhelmed by our thoughts. We hurt others with our thoughts. We hurt ourselves with our thoughts. It's sometimes like having a superpower but without the proper guidance on how to use it. We need a better relationship with our thoughts.I've been studying thoughts for 20+ years. Gaining a different understanding of our thoughts can help us recognize which thoughts bring us closer to our purpose and which ones lead us astray. My dream is to help contribute to a 'lexicon of thoughts' or a 'taxonomy of thoughts'. I love giving expression to thoughts in my artwork. But even more so, I love getting acquainted with other thoughts and helping you give expression to yours.Contact me if you want a new way to look at your thoughts!WE THINK THOUGHTS EVERY DAY
BUT WHAT DO YOUR THOUGHTS LOOK LIKE?
If you could take one of your thoughts and place it in time and space, what would it look like? What material would it have, what color, what shape? How would it behave?

3REFLECT
Thoughts can feel like friends. Spending time with them is fun. Think about what our thoughts reveal. What they teach us. We try to think of a positive and a negative takeaway that improves the life of our thoughts...
